With an eager heart and a keen desire to see young lives being transformed, Adi Guru Das has been involved with training and teaching students
of various schools, colleges and professional institutes in Rajasthan, since
2005.
He speaks frequently at lectures organized by some of the prestigious
corporate firms in Rajasthan. He regularly provides consultancy and training
in the field of Personality Development, Soft Skills Development, Life
Transformation Skills and Education.
He
co-founded a Training and Development NGO – UDAAN Organization – while pursuing
his Masters in Computer Application from the prestigious Birla Institute of
Technology, Mesra, Ranchi. After completing his masters, he pursued an MA in
Education at Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai, but dropped-out halfway,
and even declined offers from blue-chip companies, in order to pursue his
passion to train and develop the next generation of youth. During college he
briefly pursued modelling and won many competitions, including the coveted title
of “Mr. Jaipur”.
In the
last 7 years, his workshops/seminars on ‘Life Management Skills’ have
influenced over 2 lakh individual. He had interacted with schools and colleges
like SMS, Mayo College (Ajmer), Vidhya ashram, Central University of Rajasthan,
and so on.
Adiguru
Das, co-founded the Groom Institute to take soft skills training to a wider
spectrum of audience.
He has
conducted corporate training programs for celebrated brands such as LG,
Micromax, Ericsson, Aircel, LIC , Videocon- Kenstar , Central Bank of India,
State Bank of India , Bank Of Baroda et al.

travel and loves spending time with his wife and son.
